What happened to my account?
We are proud to have launched our new and upgraded website that will offer you and all our customers a better shopping experience. Moving forward, you will have to create a new account, which will save all future orders for your convenience.
How can I place orders as a reseller?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking info. Sometimes shipping partners delay updates.

When will I get my backordered parts?
Backordered items usually ship in under 10 business days. Delays may occur with:

How do I make a return?
Returns within 30 days are eligible for a refund if unopened. Opened items may incur restocking fees.

Can I exchange my CarHolderX mount?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Do CarHolderX mounts have a warranty?
Yes! All CarHolderX products include a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Accidental damage or misuse are not covered.

Are CarHolderX mounts compatible with phone cases?
Yes! Our universal holders fit most cases, even rugged ones.
How do I adjust a universal holder?
  1. Loosen side arm screws slightly
  2. Fit your phone into place
  3. Slide arms snugly around your phone
  4. Remove phone, tighten screws
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over a certain value. See our Shipping Policies.
Do I need tools to install my CarHolderX mount?
You’ll only need a standard Phillips screwdriver. Our mounts fit into dashboard seams and are removable.
Do you offer magnetic mounts?
Yes! We offer magnetic universal mounts compatible with most cases.
Are there more mounting locations for my vehicle?
All available mount locations are shown on our site by car make/model/year. If you don’t see alternatives, they may not exist due to dashboard design.
My car is brand new. Do you have a mount?
Mounts for new vehicles take 8–12 weeks post-release. Contact info@carholderx.com to be notified when available.
My phone is brand new. Is there a holder for it?
We start developing holders as soon as phones are released. Production takes 4–6 weeks. Subscribe to be notified when it's ready.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, CarHolderX ships worldwide. Wherever you are, we’ll get your order to you.
Can I buy spare parts?
Yes — we sell double-sided tape, screws, gap openers, and other accessories.
I want to resell CarHolderX products. Can I?
Yes, but only if you have a physical retail location. Online reselling is not allowed. Contact info@carholderx.com to apply.
Who do I contact for bulk B2B sales?
Large volume sales are handled by our B2B department. Contact us and we’ll assign you a sales rep for pricing, lead time, and custom solutions.
Can I use more than one coupon?
